According to the UN Convention, it is prohibited to dump toxic wastes in to the seas, no one implemented this convention regarding seas of Somalia. As European companies, like a company from Italy was famous during the 1990s to dump chemical waste in the Somali´s coast. This fact it has been exhipited in a well known film, known as the Cruel TRUTH.
Military members in Somalia, who were established to defend the country’s security against all aggression from outside or inside, they failed to ensure the safety of our citizens, unfortunately military members joined their own clan members, they become part of the war machinery.
It is not just the central government which had been eliminated but the Somali`s nature and it´s environment are exposed to environmental disaster.
Dumping of nuclear waste and industrial waste in Somalia’s water was occuring for long period without a reduction of its intensity.
The wastes consists of radioactive substances that damage the health of population, living organism in the water and surrounding enviroment. The consequence of the above mentioned wastes are unusual diseases have been seen in the society.
Previous studies pointed out italian company operates on a project “Uranium Project”, which dumped the waste in Somalia1990s.
UN Security Council and the UN nuclear agency with Mr El Baradei in the lead, have no tend to priority the environmental disaster in wich Somalia’s waters have been exposed to, because they believe that it is not part of their interest. Increasing piracy of Somalia’s coast coused that Somali´s fishing companies collapsed at last 18 years.
The headless state had no authority to patrol its tuna-rich coastal waters and foreign commercial vessels swooped in to cast their nets. This proved a slap in the face for Somalis, who saw these vessels as illegal and raking in profits at the expense of the local impoverished population. To make matters worse, there were reports that some foreign ships even dumped waste in Somali waters.
EU countries sent several Warships to Somalia’s waters.
The mission called for “Operation Atlanta” europeans said thier duties is protecting the humanitarian UN shipment supplies food to Somalia.
We are skeptical about the project or that project is used as a cover for the continuation of waste dumping in Somalia’s coast.
The question is why Europeans do not help the Somali war refugees, who drowned in Gulf of Aden, or in the Italian coast ? those war victims attempt to obtain better life.
We Somalis believe it is unacceptable to hijack the ship in Aden Bay. The question is who ensure that no waste dump in our water?
Pirates activities seems to be a deterrent to criminals from the West carrying chemical and industrial waste to dump them in Somali waters.
Recently, I listened from the media BBC that the pirates hijacked a tanker ships from Italy, we do not know what the cargo contains. They also hijacked two fishing vessels from Egypt, illegally destroyed fish stocks in our shores. We do not believe in European project.
The Swedish state also send Warships to the region to protect UN transport in the region as they claim. We believe European military action make easier for more ships with chemical waste dare to dump more waste in our sea.
The results would be all living organism i our sea were eradicated by the long term enviromental consequences.

The colonial powers’ armada of nuclear and conventional naval forces being amassed along the somali coast is part of the Masterplan the 5 EU foreign ministers, chaired by the then UK foreign minister Mr. Douglas Hurd, in 1994 declered that 5 african and asian countries should and shall be recolonized, among them:
1-Somalia
2-Sudan and
3- Burma (now MyanMar)
The UK Foreign Minister Mr. Douglas Hurd declared at Heathrow Airport upon their return fro Africa, that the Government of the United Kingdom woul forward a formal request to the UN Security Councel, the UK be given formal UN authorisation, to recolonize the above mentioned 3 countries.
To facilitate the colonial club, called UN, to pass a resolution, authorising and legalising this madness, the UK planted Ke-syu kee or whatever she is called, a british married women, in Burma. then they organized financed and armed the darfur rebels in Sudan, and at last they are financing and partly arming creazy mascaraded blood stained killers called the Al-Shabab in Somalia, where the so called TFG government, a bunch of willing servants nik-nod their heads for their pay masters, willing servants like the so called Professor IBBI, a man totally stripped of any degree of national pride! sitting in Cairo and fullishly proclaiming his “government” will be proud of wellcoming additional thievs and nuclear waste dumpers and specifically the greatest thief of them all, the american company Phenix
The degree of crime against the somali nation, these traitors have and still are committing is clearly evidenced by their willingness to vest the full responsability of their nation to foreign colonial powers.
Only if a man could die of shame many of them would have already passed away, and Somalia would eventually be better off.
Dr. A.F. Dualeh.

I would’t blame or support any activities in somalia including pirates or against pirates because it is part of projects that we have been seen for the last two decades. This is the consequence of lack of goverment, untill we create a powerfull goverment with well equiped marines we can’t and we will not get solution for not only our sea but also every sector of our goodwill.
Yes, it’s sure that there is a big purpose behind sending dozens of warships to somalia’s seas.
and every action done by this forces will remain in our archeive until regular somali government restore stability and good governance after that time all these actions will be put on the desk and rediscussed about them.
